pcbA4 from Halococcoides mccartyi codon optimized for Rhodococcus jostii RHA1

pcbA4 is a reductive dehalogenase present in the Dehalococcoides species. It specializes in the dechlorination of PCBs, or polychlorinated biphenyls. It was identified in the paper "Growth of Dehalococcoides spp. and increased abundance of reductive dehalogenase genes in anaerobic PCB-contaminated sediment microcosms" (Ewald JM, Humes SV, Martinez A, Schnoor JL, Mattes TE.
